Disc Magnets
Circular flat magnets for motors, sensors, and holding applications are mainly axially magnetized. Minimum thickness: 2mm. We do not recommend extremely thin magnets due to deteriorating mechanical strength, magnetic properties, and manufacturing yield.

Most regular ring magnets are axially magnetized, while ring magnets used in automobile motors(ferrite radial-oriented multipole ) or sensors are typically radially or multipolarly magnetized. Of course, the raw materials and production process will also differ.

Rod/Cylinder Ferrite Magnets
Rod ferrite magnets are mainly used in motors, loudspeakers, magnetic separation equipment, and mounting fixtures. They can be divided into isotropic and anisotropic types: isotropic magnets have flexible magnetization directions, while anisotropic magnets have a fixed orientation during molding and stronger magnetic properties. We can produce with diameters ranging from 3 mm to 25 mm and heights up to 30 mm.

Coating Options
Hard ferrite(ceramic) magnets have excellent oxidation resistance and typically require no protective coating. However, some small hard ferrite components can be plated, such as bread magnets in magnetic therapy products for end-consumer use.
