Trade Terms We Work In
FOB China port is the main line; CIF/CNF and sea, air or courier are coordinated per project, and the term agreed for the order goes into the quotation and the order:
FOB China Port
Standard arrangement, and the one most projects run on. ProfurtherMag handles the inland trucking from Ma'anshan, the export declaration and the shipping documents for the order.
CIF / CFR Destination Port
We arrange ocean carriage to your nearest regional seaport (e.g. Rotterdam, Hamburg, Los Angeles, Genoa). You manage local import customs and onward ground transit.
Freight Options
From Ma'anshan (Anhui Province) the shipments move through the Yangtze River delta to the international gateways the order uses:
Sea Freight (FCL / LCL) — Shanghai / Ningbo
Standard method for high-tonnage Strontium Ferrite arcs and volume NdFeB rotor segments. 20ft / 40ft containers palletised with heat-treated timber.
Air Freight & Express — PVG / NKG Airports
Express prototype batches and first-article submissions by courier or air freight, with the shielding and the documentation the current air-transport requirements and the carrier ask for.
Magnetic Flux Shielding & Heavy-Duty Packaging
Permanent magnets carry a stray field, so a consignment has to be packed and documented for the transport it uses. Packing is prepared for each shipment against the requirements that apply to it:
- Shielded Air Packaging: Flux-return sheets lining the inner carton walls where the measured field of the packed consignment has to be brought to the level the air-transport rules require.
- Edge Protection: Separators between the magnet faces, so chips and coating damage stay out of the packing itself.
- Corrosion Protection Where It Is Needed: Packing for plated NdFeB parts is specified with the transport and the storage the consignment faces.
- Wood Packaging: Pallets and crating prepared to the wood-packaging rules of the destination.
Export documentation is prepared for each consignment according to the classification of the specific product at the time of shipment. Where a destination or a product requires an export licence, an end-use declaration or a transport appraisal, that requirement is confirmed with the producing factory and the freight forwarder before the order is confirmed.
Commercial Terms Are Set Per Project
Deposit, balance, tooling cost and amortisation are agreed for the project rather than published as one standing rule:
Tooling & Mold Development
Custom pressing dies, diamond grinding fixtures, and multi-cavity orienting coils are fabricated with dedicated tooling contracts:
