Execution Framework

How We Work — 10-Step Project Process

Most projects move through these ten steps, from the first conversation about requirements to delivery and after-sales; how far each step goes depends on the project. You do not need a complete technical package to begin — an existing drawing, a physical sample, or the application requirements you already have is enough to start.

01
PHASE 01: INTAKE & SPECIFICATION

Initial Intake: Drawing, Sample, or Application Condition

Input: Whatever you already have: a 2D/3D drawing, a physical sample, or the application requirements the part has to work in.
What we do: Take the request, list the points still open, and confirm with you what we shall work from.
Your confirmation: The drawing, sample or requirements we work from, and an NDA where the exchange requires one.
02
PHASE 01: INTAKE & SPECIFICATION

Technical Feasibility Review

Input: The conditions the part works in, as far as they are known at this stage.
What we do: Review the tolerances, the operating temperature and the material options against the magnet itself, using your information and the process input of the producing factory. The review covers magnet feasibility; assembly, motor design and system-level validation stay on your side.
Your confirmation: The conditions the review was based on, and whether a material or process alternative is acceptable where one is recommended.
03
PHASE 02: SOURCING & COMMERCIALS

Specialized Factory Matching

Input: The geometry the drawing fixes, and the volume the project is expected to run at.
What we do: Match the part to a production factory whose material, geometry, process and volume range fit it, among the ferrite and NdFeB routes we work with. The route is confirmed for the project.
Your confirmation: The matched production route, and any site visit the project calls for.
04
PHASE 02: SOURCING & COMMERCIALS

Quotation & Commercial Confirmation

Input: The drawing, the quantity and the delivery terms you need quoted.
What we do: Issue a quotation covering the applicable unit price, tooling cost, sample cost where one applies, lead time and trade terms.
Your confirmation: The price basis, the validity of the quotation and the commercial terms quoted.
05
PHASE 03: TOOLING & PROTOTYPES

Tooling & Sample Coordination

Input: The drawing or the sample, and the sample quantity you need.
What we do: Coordinate tooling and samples to the extent the project needs them; not every project needs new tooling. Sample inspection items, and the records supplied with the samples, are agreed for the project.
Your confirmation: The inspection items for the samples, and the records you need with them.
06
PHASE 03: TOOLING & PROTOTYPES

Customer Validation & Reference Samples

Input: The sample parts, and the assembly or use they have to fit.
What we do: You carry out the assembly or use validation that applies on your side. Once the sample is approved, ProfurtherMag and the producing factory keep a reference sample, and the agreed drawing and specifications guide production.
Your confirmation: That the sample suits your assembly or use, and the drawing and specifications production will follow.
07
PHASE 04: MASS PRODUCTION

Purchase Order & Production Scheduling

Input: Your purchase order, and the drawing revision and technical requirements it refers to.
What we do: Confirm the order together with the commercial and payment terms agreed for the project. With the technical basis for the part approved, serial production is scheduled against it.
Your confirmation: The order and payment terms, the drawing revision, and the technical basis approved for the part.
08
PHASE 04: MASS PRODUCTION

Serial Production & In-Process Quality Control

Input: The confirmed order and the agreed technical basis for the part.
What we do: The producing factory manufactures and inspects to the requirements agreed for the order. Reports, additional checks and any approval points on your side are arranged for the project.
Your confirmation: That the inspection requirements agreed for the order match what the part needs.
09
PHASE 05: LOGISTICS & LOGS

Protective Packaging & Export Clearance

Input: The product, the transport method, the trade term, and any packing or marking requirement the consignment has to meet.
What we do: Arrange protective packaging to suit the product, the transport method and the agreed requirements, with magnetic shielding where a shipment needs it, and prepare the documents the trade term requires.
Your confirmation: The trade term the consignment travels under, and the packing requirement it is prepared to.
10
PHASE 05: LOGISTICS & LOGS

After-Sales & Repeat Orders

Input: A repeat order, or the batch in question where something has to be resolved after delivery.
What we do: Keep the specifications, the approved basis and the agreed records for the project, and coordinate repeat orders and after-sales with the producing factory.
Your confirmation: That a repeat order still carries the same specification and the same approved basis.
Sampling & Batch Start

When Sampling and Serial Production Start

Sampling is quoted and scheduled for the project where it is needed. Serial production starts once the technical basis for the part is approved and the order, with its commercial and payment terms, is confirmed. A repeat order that keeps the same requirements normally needs no new sampling; where a change affects production or fit, the evaluation and sampling it calls for are confirmed first.

Single Point of Contact

Your Main Point of Contact

From the first inquiry through order, production progress and after-sales, ProfurtherMag coordinates the project for you: one contact to raise it with, and we carry it with the producing factory.

A first request is typically answered within 3 business days; a technical evaluation takes as long as your information and the project require.
