Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

ProfurtherMag (Ma'anshan, Anhui, China) supplies custom industrial permanent magnets to business customers. This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through this website (profurthermag.com) and through the engineering inquiries you send us from it: the RFQ form, the email and messaging that follow it, and the way the site itself is measured. It does not replace the commercial terms of a purchase order.

2. Information you give us

When you request a quotation or write to our project team, we receive what you choose to send, typically:

• contact details: name, company, country, email address, phone or WhatsApp number;
• the technical description of your project: application, material or grade, dimensions and tolerances, operating temperature, quantity, and any target price you state;
• the files you upload with the form — 2D/3D drawings, datasheets, sample photographs — and anything you add in the message or in later emails.

The site has no customer accounts, so an inquiry does not create a login. We keep what arrived with your request and what followed it, nothing more.

3. Drawings and confidential project files

Drawings and specifications are treated as confidential project material. They are read only by the engineering and manufacturing personnel working on your project, under internal access controls. Where the exchange requires it, an NDA is signed for that project before CAD models or tooling drawings are received. We do not publish your drawings, show them to other customers, or use them in marketing material. A file uploaded with the form is stored privately with the inquiry it belongs to and is never linked from a page a visitor can reach.

4. Measurement and cookies

Like most websites, ours records ordinary technical data in its server logs — IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the referring address and timestamps — so that pages can be served, protected and diagnosed.

Beyond the log, we use measurement tools only if you allow them. The consent banner offers two choices:

• Accept All — enables the tools listed below for this browser.
• Essential Only — the site works completely without them; no analytics or advertising storage is created.

The tools, and what they do once enabled:

• Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement (Google) — how visitors find the site and which pages they read, and reporting on the advertising that brought them there;
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) — aggregated interaction measurement, such as heatmaps and session records, used to find confusing pages.

Your choice is kept in your own browser. Until you choose Accept All, these tools run in a state that creates no cookie and no identifier on your device. You can change your decision at any time with the Cookie preferences link in the footer; a change takes effect from your next page load, and your browser's own settings let you delete or block what has already been stored.

5. How we use your information

• to review the technical feasibility of your request and prepare a quotation;
• to ask the engineering questions a quotation or a drawing depends on;
• to plan tooling, place production, and arrange inspection, packing and delivery once an order exists;
• to answer follow-up questions and handle after-sales and repeat-order matters;
• to keep the commercial, quality and customs records that apply to an order;
• to keep the site and the inquiry form working and free of abuse;
• to measure how the site is used — only with your consent, as described in section 4.

6. Who receives it

We share personal information only where the work requires it: with the engineering and manufacturing personnel on your project, including the partner factory a quotation names; with the providers who operate this website and its communication — our hosting provider, our email delivery service, and the measurement providers named in section 4; and with authorities where the law obliges us. We do not sell, rent or trade contact details, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

7. Where it is handled

Our team and our project records are in China, and some of the providers above process data in other countries. Where a transfer requires specific safeguards under the law that applies to you, we put them in place before the information is transferred.

8. How long we keep it

Inquiry correspondence and its drawings are kept while your project is being evaluated or is active, and afterwards for as long as we need them to answer questions about that same project. Records that belong to an order are then kept as long as tax, customs and product-liability rules require. Measurement data is retained by the providers above under their own schedules. You can ask us to delete an inquiry and its drawings at any time, as set out below.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw a consent you gave earlier — withdrawing it does not affect what was done before. Write to info@profurther.com with your request, quoting the reference number of your inquiry if you have one. We answer that request within 30 days. If the law that applies to you gives you further rights, we will honour those too, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.

10. How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to inquiries, drawings and production records is limited to the people working on them, and technical files are shared only for quoting, tooling and production. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, which is why drawings are exchanged under the confidentiality terms described in section 3.

11. Business use and children

This is a business-to-business site for industrial customers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them; we do not sell retail or novelty products.

12. Changes to this policy

When our practices change, this page changes with them. The version published here is the version in force.
