Ferrite Arc Magnets for Water Pump Yokes

An arc segment for a water purifier pump motor yoke: two per steel yoke, outer R35.5 ±0.1, wall 8.5 −0.1/0, Br 380–400 mT, supplied uncoated and unmagnetized in 30–35 day batches.

The first samples passed the customer's yoke assembly check, bulk purchasing followed, repeat orders have continued since 2017, and the series has extended to several arc sizes for other pump motor builds. Production ran to the drawing: outer radius R35.5 +/-0.1 mm, inner radius R27 +0.2/0 mm, wall 8.5 -0.1/0 mm, section 63 +/-0.1 by 40 +/-0.5 mm, end chamfer 2 x 45 degrees, grade Br 380-400 mT, supplied uncoated and unmagnetized. Batches ship as one full 20GP container with 30-35 days of lead time, and acceptance is by assembly in the customer's own yoke.

Ferrite Arc Magnets for Fan & Blower Motors

Ferrite arc magnets to drawing for axial fan and blower motors, held by U-shaped clips. The end chamfer was opened so the segment seated fully.

  • The axial fan project included a chamfer adjustment to address the fit between the magnet end and the plastic clip holder, so the U-shaped retaining clip could engage securely. Samples were confirmed by the customer in its assembly before bulk purchasing.
  • ProfurtherMag has continued working with this customer since 2018, supplying ferrite arc magnets for both automotive axial fan and blower motor applications. The assembly adjustment described here concerns the axial fan project; the blower supply is a separate part of the same customer relationship.
