Arc Segment
Arc segments close a stator or rotor circumference from separate pressed pieces, specified by their radii, arc angle, wall thickness and length.
Standard geometries and custom segments, tooled to drawing across the material systems below.
Each geometry below names the material systems that offer it, read from the published product records.

Rectangular block magnets: specify length, width and thickness, plus the working face, the pole faces and the dimensions that set the assembly gap.
Ring magnets are specified by outside diameter, bore diameter and axial height. A ring describes the geometry; axial, diametrical, radial and multipole describe magnetic requirements. The selected grade, orientation and tooling determine which pattern is feasible.
Disc magnets are specified by diameter and thickness. Axial magnetization is a common configuration, while alternative or multipole patterns require evaluation against the material and orientation. Thin sections and assembly stress are checked before the route is fixed.
Cylinder magnets are specified by diameter and length. Axial magnetization is common; diametrical or other patterns are evaluated against the material, orientation and tooling. Dimensions and tolerances are confirmed from the drawing and production route.
Trapezoid magnets require a dimensioned profile showing angles, thickness and the surfaces that locate the part. The forming and finishing route is evaluated against the profile and magnetic direction; the shape name alone does not establish manufacturing feasibility.
Countersunk magnets require review of the hole geometry, remaining material thickness and fastening method. Brittle magnets need appropriate support to limit stress during tightening. The materials and manufacturing routes listed here reflect the range currently offered for this feature.
Send a drawing, sample or outline of the required geometry, together with the magnetic requirement and assembly interfaces. We assess candidate materials, forming routes and finishing requirements. Complex features, thin walls and inserts are reviewed individually before tooling is proposed.
We manufacture both standard profiles and intricate custom tooling cavities according to your 2D/3D CAD specifications.
Send us your 2D/3D CAD drawings, sample parameters, or operating temperature requirements. We make a first-round feasibility judgement and typically reply within 3 business days; a technical evaluation takes as long as the information and the project require.
